Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
At StoryMugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@storymugs.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.
Special Cases
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here are our policies for special cases:
- Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
- Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Exceptions to the Policy
We strive to accommodate our customers; however, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items that have been specifically crafted for you.
- Gift cards.
